RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At C’est Darling, we stand behind the quality and care of every item we offer. Due to the custom and intentional nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives with a manufacturing defect. If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

If approved, store credit will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bespoke items are non-refundable due to their dedicated design and craftsmanship.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will always strive to support our clients where possible, but these policies ensure fairness and sustainability across every order.

All orders are processed within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

We currently offer standard shipping via trusted third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location). Shipping times and services may vary based on your region and selected delivery method at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and size of your order. Some promotions may include discounted or free shipping; details will be noted on the product or promotion page.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delays or Interruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, inclement weather, customs clearance issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We encourage customers to double-check shipping details before submitting their order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, C’est Darling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll do our best to support you where possible.

9. Address Issues & Re-Delivery

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur additional shipping charges for resending. We will contact you directly in these cases to arrange re-delivery.
